If you use the contact form, we collect the name, company, email address and message you submit, plus any telephone number or role you choose to provide. Server logs may also record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and operation of the site.

Why we use it

Enquiry data is used to consider and respond to your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interests in providing advisory support, and, where you are asking us to take steps towards a potential engagement, steps at your request before entering a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and to maintain a record of the conversation. They are then deleted or securely archived unless a longer period is required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Sharing

We may share information with trusted service providers who host the website or help us receive form submissions, and with professional advisers where that is necessary to respond to your enquiry. If a licensed insolvency practitioner needs to be involved, we will discuss that with you rather than pass your details on silently.

Your rights
